Yarn: Buffalo Wool Co. Skies (50% bison down, 50% superwash merino; 200 yards [183 meters]/100 grams): 1 skein
Hook: US size H/8 (5.0 mm) hook

Pattern

Ch 13.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each ch across. (12 sc)
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in back loop of 1st sc, sc in back loop of each sc across. (12 sc)
Rows 3-43: Rep row 2.

Join to form a ring: Slst the beginning ch with the last row of sc, through the back loop.
Turn work on edge, ch 1, sc in joining slst, sc, in the end of each row around, slst to top of 1st sc. (44 sc)
Rnd 1: Ch 1, *sc in back loop of next sc, dc in back loop of next sc, rep from * around, slst to top of 1st sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 2, *dc in sc, sc in dc, rep from * around, slst to top of 1st dc.
Rnd 3: Ch 1, *sc in dc, dc in sc, rep from * around, slst to top of 1st sc.
Rep rnds 2 & 3 twice more and fasten off.
