Hook: US size H/8 (5.0 mm) and US size I/9 (5.5 mm) hooks, or size needed for gauge

Shell: [(dc, ch 2) 3 times, dc] in space or stitch as indicated.
Picot: (sc, ch 3, sc) in space or stitch as indicated.

Row 1: With H hook, ch 150, sc in 8th ch from hook, sk 3 ch, Shell in next ch, sk 3 ch, sc in next ch, *ch 5, sk 3 ch, sc in next ch, sk 3 ch, Shell in next ch, sk 3 ch, sc in next ch; rep from * across to last 2 ch, ch 2, sk next ch, dc in last ch, turn.
Row 2 (RS): Ch 3, sc in next ch-2 sp, 3 dc in next ch2 sp (ch 2, 3 dc in next ch-2 sp) twice, *Picot in next ch-5 sp, 3 dc in next ch-2 sp, (ch 2, 3 dc in next ch-2 sp) twice; rep from * across to last ch-2 sp, sc in last ch-2 sp, dc in last dc, turn.

Edging

Rnd 1: With I hook and RS facing, work along top edge, Picot in corner ch sp, *ch 3, sc in first dc of Shell, ch 3, sk ch-2 sp and next dc, Picot in next ch-2 sp, ch 3, sk next dc and ch-2 sp, sc in next dc, ch 3, Picot in ch-5 sp; rep from * across, ending with ch 3, Picot in corner ch sp.
Work along side edge, ch 3, sc in first ch space, *ch 3, sk 1 ch sp, Picot in next ch sp, ch 3, sk 1 ch sp, sc in next ch sp; rep from * across.
Work along bottom edge, ch 3, Picot in corner ch sp, *ch 3, sc in ch-3 sp, ch 3, Picot in ch below Shell, ch 3, sc in ch-3 sp, ch 3, Picot in ch sp below ch 5; rep from * across, ending with ch 3, Picot in corner ch sp.

Finishing
