Hi there! Here’s a quick search of our ripple patterns: https://www.ilikecrochet.com/?s=ripple

You could also type ripple in the search bar if that’s easier!

You are welcome to save patterns by copying and pasting into a word document or by printing the pattern via the printer icon on the left hand side of your screen. Hope this helps! – Dana, Editor

Such help for a self taught left handed hooker, who learned 55 years ago. No videos, family members or books for it back then.

Hi. This is a very nice guide. Thank you. For the double, half & treble, you didn’t state in step one, how many chains to begin with. This would be helpful for beginners to know. Thank you.

Thank you!! You’re absolutely right. Should anyone see this comment before the PDF is updated, the convention is to chain 2 at the start of half double crochet rows, to chain 3 at the start of double crochet rows, and to chain 4 at the start of treble crochet rows. I hope that helps! -Dana, Editor

Hi there! We don’t sell printed versions of our articles and magazines. Maybe you could try your local library though or an office supply store to print any articles or patterns. Good luck! – Dana, Editor

Under foundation chain, illustration 4. counting chains: it says not to count the first loop in the hook, but the picture shows it counted. ???

Hello, This is correct; You do not count the first chain or slip knot, as indicated in the illustration. Thanks!

This is handy. I forget stitches like a bubble stitch or lotus flower, violet stitch. I have yet to learn how to follow a pattern. I really want to make an aran sweater coat with a hood. Some shawls. Iv done gloves, hats, cowals. Maybe its too ambitious but I need such a thing to stay warm this winter, and also for self fulfilment. Thanks for this guide I am printing it today.

Love to see the difference in US stitches. We use UK ones most of the time and it makes it easier to translate the stitch types with these guides.
