I’m new to crocheting. Is sc single crochet? When this says “Shell” in pattern I do 5 double crochets?

Hi there! Yes, sc is single crochet. And the shell stitch is as follows:
Shell: 5 dcs in space or stitch as indicated.

Hope this helps! – Nicola, Editor

I just subscribed and would like to crochet this pattern. Has the problem been fixed for row 4? Also, where are the video tutorials you mentioned in your subscription description?

I have reached Row 4 and there are two of Row 4. Not sure what to do. Please respond.

You have two row 4s and they are not the same, so it isn’t just a repeat. Are the rows miss-numbered or did you mean to replace Row 4 and did not take out the incorrect one?

Can this pattern be crocheted with regular yarn and not the bulky yarn. Will the measurements be different?
