I made this rug. It was very challenging. Especially when rows 33 thru 40 are written backwards in the instructions. I thought I screwed up ,but you can’t with C2C because you have to put your stitches in the chain 3 space from the previous row. Had to pull out 2 rows that are very time consuming with that many color changes. I was tempted to toss the whole thing, but felt I was too far along and muddled through. It did come out beautiful, but the man hours were insane for this project. Also Hygge yarn makes a nice finished product, but is not user friendly.

Hi Valerie! The written pattern, written row-by-row instructions for changing colors, and the chart are all correct and this has been verified by the designer.

In regards to Rows 33 to 40 being written backwards, one error that might lead to this problem is skipping a row or counting the rows incorrectly. I know the color changes can be challenging in this intermediate pattern. Thanks! – Nicola, Editor
