If you are not changing colors but using all the same color what is the pattern then? Do you just do odd then even for the rows? Please advise.

If you are not changing colors, then you change repeat row 2 for the entire pattern. The pattern is a total of 73 rows. Row 1 and then Row 2 repeated through the end of the pattern.
