Hello Lisa! We chatted with the designer and have made changes to the pattern above. I’ve pasted the amended instructions below as well:
Row 1: With right side facing, using MC, join in first 2-ch corner space. Ch 3, 1 tr in sp, * [3 tr in ch-1 sp] 3 times, [3 tr in ch-2 sp] twice, rep from * across, 2 tr in last ch-2 sp, turn. Fasten off.
Row 2: Using 2nd colour join in last st made on previous row, ch 3 (counts as 1 tr), *skip next 3 tr, 3 tr in next sp; rep from * across, 1 tr in beg ch 3, turn. Fasten off yarn
Row 3: Using 3rd colour join in last st made on previous row, ch 3, 1 tr in same st, * skip next 3 tr, 3 tr in next sp; rep from * across, 2 tr in beg ch 3, turn. Fasten off yarn
Hope this helps! – Nicola, Editor
