Finishing
Weave in ends and block.
What does the back look like? Is there a good tutorial somewhere to learn how to join colors and hide the ends forever? Mine seem to undo themselves no matter how I weave them in. Recently I stopped doing patterns that require color change mid row – I only do color changing at the ends or use variegated yarn!!
Hi there! Usually the back of these blankets look quite similar to the front! We do have an article on weaving in ends here: https://www.ilikecrochet.com/daily/crochet-techniques/finishing-techniques/how-to-weave-in-yarn-ends-crochet/ Usually I weave back and forth three times and the ends seem to stay! Once in a while a tiny end will poke out here and there, and I will trim it. I hope this article especially helps! -Dana, Editor
