Ch 26.
Row 1 (RS): 1 hdc in 3rd ch from hook. 1 hdc in each ch to end of ch. Turn. (24 hdc)
Row 2: Ch 2. Work 1 hdc in single horizontal bar created between sts of previous row (bar is below loops normally worked) in each hdc to end of row. Turn.
Rep last row until piece from beg measures approx 13 (17)” [33 (43) cm], ending on a WS row. Join last row to rem loops of foundation ch with sl st to form tube. Do not fasten off.
Next rnd: Ch 1. Working along top edge of cuff, work 53 (69) sc evenly around. Join with sl st to first sc.
