Row 2: Ch 1, sc in each sc across, turn.
Cont in patt through Row 16 of Overlapping Cable and Hourglass Cable patts, then rep Rows 3-16, 7 more times. Fasten off.
Finishing
Block pieces to finished measurements. Sew the end of each rectangle to the side of the other rectangle, using diagram as a guide. Weave in ends.
Fringe
Cut 570 9” pieces of yarn. Holding 3 strands together as one, attach groups of fringe to every other stitch/row around entire outside edge of assembled poncho. Trim ends of fringe even.
