Turn a simple tunic into a unique work of art with gorgeous floral hexagon motifs at the neckline and side slits at hem. Using cotton thread, this tunic is lightweight and comfortable for summer evenings.

Hexagon Motif [make 11 (11, 11, 13, 13, 13, 15)]

Ch 6, sl st to first ch to form a ring.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, work 12 sc in ring, sl st to first sc, do not turn – 12 sc.

Rnd 2: Ch 7 (counts as dc, ch 4), *dc in next 2 sc, ch 4; rep from * around to last sc, dc in last sc, sl st to 3rd ch of tch. Do not turn – 12 dc.

Rnd 3: Sl st to next ch-4 sp, ch 3, (counts as dc), 3 dc in same ch-4 sp, (ch 5, 4 dc) in each ch-4 sp, ch 2, dc in 3rd ch of tch. Do not turn – 24 dc.
