Pattern Notes

When counting stitches in the Wattle Pattern, the ch-1 sp does not count as a st. Each stitch pattern repeat is 2 stitches – the sc and the dc.

When a stitch pattern repeat number is given at the end of an instruction, the previous row should have that number of stitch pattern repeats plus one additional sc.

Place removable markers into the fabric on the right side to easily tell the right side and wrong side from each other. Keep the markers on each piece in place until the sweater is completed.
