Medium Weight Yarn Knit Picks Swish Worsted (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 110 yards [101 meters]/50 grams): Rainforest Heather (Color A), 1 skein; Dove Heather (Color B), 1 skein; Doe (Color C), 1 skein.

Hook: US size I/9 (5.5 mm) or hook to obtain gauge

Pattern Notes

The scarf is worked back and forth in rows and sewn together to finish.

To change colors, finish all but last pull through on current stitch, drop current color, pick up next and finish stitch.

Using Color A, ch 16
Row 1: Sc in second chain from hook and in each ch across – 15 sts.
Row 2: Turn, ch 3, dc in each stitch – 15 sts.
Row 3: Turn, ch 1, sc in each stitch – 15 sts.
Rows 4-54: Repeat Rows 2-3, ending on Row 2.
Row 55: Join Color B, fasten off Color A, turn, ch 1, sc in each stitch – 15 sts.
Row 56: Join Color A, fasten off Color B, turn, ch 3, dc in each stitch – 15 sts.
Rows 57-75: Repeat Rows 55-56, ending on Row 55.
Row 76: Join Color C, fasten off Color B, turn, ch 3, dc in each stitch – 15 sts.
Row 77: Turn, ch 1, sc in each stitch – 15 sts.
