Special Stitches

Textured Single Crochet: Multiples of 2+3
Row 1: 1 sc in 3rd ch from hook, *skip 1 ch, 2 sc into next ch, rep from * to last 2 ch, skip 1 ch, 1 sc into last ch, turn.
Row 2: Ch 1 (counts as first sc), 1 sc in first sc, *skip  1 sc, 2 sc into next sc, rep from * to last 2 sts to last 2 sts, skip 1 sc, 1 sc in top of the turning ch, turn.
Repeat row 2 until you have reached your desired length.

Pattern Notes

When working the sides of neck, the Textured Single Crochet is sometimes worked over an even number of sts and sometimes over an odd number of sts.

Front

Using Yarn A, ch 95 (103, 113, 121, 131, 141).
Work in textured single crochet stitch until piece measures 14”/ 35.5 cm from beginning. Change to B in last sc of last row.
